Refund Policy

Last updated 28 September 2026
Incentive Radar is a sole proprietorship operated by Ima Kennerly in the United States.

The short version. If the product is not what you expected, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. No explanation is needed, and there is no retention conversation.

The 14-day rule

Every paid plan, monthly or annual, comes with a 14-day money-back window that starts on the day of the charge. Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask for a refund. Refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe, normally the same business day; your bank usually takes a further 5–10 days to show it.

Cancelling without a refund

Cancelling is separate from refunding. You can cancel at any time from the account link in any Incentive Radar email. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running until the end of the period you have already paid for. An unused part of a period is not pro-rated outside the 14-day window, except in the two cases below.

Renewals

A renewal charge starts its own 14-day window. If an annual plan renews and you did not want it, ask within 14 days for a refund of the whole renewal. Annual plans also get a reminder before the renewal date so it is not a surprise.

Two cases with refunds beyond 14 days

Institutional and invoiced subscriptions

Annual Institutional agreements are invoiced and governed by the agreement signed with them; where that agreement says nothing about refunds, this policy applies. If your organization needs a trial or a purchase order before committing, ask. That is a normal request, and it beats taking money you would regret.

Chargebacks

Please email [email protected] before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund takes one message and is faster than a dispute.
